Telehealth Visits

You can use the APPatient app (download to phone or other mobile device), or use the link sent via email. You must first activate your portal and create a password to further access your chart. Call our office if you need a chart created or activated at (815) 229-9333.

You must call our office at (815) 229-9333 to schedule any appointment, whether it be in person or Telehealth. A receptionist will help find the best time slot available for your virtual visit.

To schedule a virtual consultation, you must call us at (815) 229-9333 ext. 2 to reach our Aesthetic Center, where a receptionist will help you find an available slot to meet virtually with a Cosmetic Consultant. Some concerns may require an in-person visit.

It depends, but unfortunately, not all concerns can be addressed virtually or digitally. Some concerns need to be assessed physically in much detail. Some of these concerns or interests include a full body skin exam, assessment of the scalp or an intimate region, examining a tattoo for removal, and more. We will always let you know if a virtual assessment is feasible or if an in-person visit is required.
