I also went to Ali for my Diamond Derma glow facial and wow!!! She was so gentle and calming, she taught me so much about the service itself but the cherry on top was how great it made my skin feel and look! I had an appointment with FNP Monica Kaminski and I was super nervous for the appointment. She was so welcoming and kind from the start. I didn't feel rushed at all and got everything addressed and thoroughly assessed. She explained everything in detail and gave me options and then gave me time to talk through those options, ask questions and then make a decision. Had she not taken the time to go over everything with me I probably would have left without getting what I went there for, treated because I was scared. But because she did, I felt comfortable doing so. She really put the CARE in healthCARE.
