I was recommended by a friend. I Had a consultation and my 1st appointment today for tattoo removal. Staff is very friendly and super charming. They weren’t sales pushy and even remember things about conversations we had during my consultation. Small thing, but the staff is very genuine and thats one example. I look forward to future visits and the results they produce.

I get laser done here. I see Ali. She is the nicest sweetest person. A true professional. She explains everything and makes sure I’m comfortable. It has been a great experience. The results have been fantastic.

Amira was so nice and listened to my concerns and gave me a few alternatives and didn’t disregard me. Five stars for Edgebrook Dermatology! It's no wonder they continuously win "Best of Rockford". The brilliant Dr. Maria Al -Basha has created a lovely, relaxed environment. From the always smiling front desk ladies to the educated medical/ esthetic staff it is a pleasure visiting this office. I always feel well taken care of. I specifically want to mention the amazing laser tech Monica! She has transformed my skin with various treatments and product recommendations. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explains every step. I am seeing great results. I always feel comfortable and cared for during any session. I highly recommend Monica and can't wait for my next appointment!

I had a great experience at Edgebrook Dermatology for my microneedling package. I was really nervous to do microneedling because my face is very sensitive to product and this was my first laser but Alli (my esthetician) that provided the services took the time to educate me about exactly what to expect during the session and also after. She is very thorough with her explanation and makes you feel comfortable during the session. Microneedling with Alli changed the texture of my face and I loved it!

Another positive Cyno-glow treatment with Monica. Monica is very engaged in making sure you are comfortable with sensitivity, temperature, and feeling relaxed during the treatment. My skin looks amazing and I owe it to Monica's expertise. Looking forward to my next treatment with Monica.

I have enjoyed coming to Edgebrook Dermatology the front desk and the medical staff is so friendly and helpful, answering all questions to give you the results you are looking for.
