We’re thrilled to share that IPL treatments are officially BACK—refreshed, re-energized, and ready to help you achieve your brightest, clearest skin yet.
Whether you’ve been waiting to continue your series or you’re curious to try IPL for the first time, now is the perfect moment to dive in.
A Quick Refresher: What Exactly Is IPL?
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a non-invasive treatment that uses flashes of broad-spectrum light to safely and effectively target some of the most common complexion concerns—no downtime required.
It’s one of the most loved technologies in skincare because it delivers noticeable results while being quick, comfortable, and boosts that glow we all want.
What IPL Can Treat
IPL helps improve:
✔ Sun damage + pigmentation
Brown spots, freckles, sun-induced discoloration.
✔ Redness + visible capillaries
Rosacea symptoms, flushed skin, broken vessels.
✔ Uneven skin tone
Blotchiness, dullness, overall unevenness.
✔ Acne + post-acne marks
Specific wavelengths can help reduce breakout activity and brighten remaining spots.
✔ Skin vibrance
A subtle collagen-stimulating effect improves clarity and texture over time.
What Treatments Feel Like
A typical session takes about 10–30 minutes, depending on all the areas being treated (yes, we can treat the body, too!).
You’ll feel quick, warm flashes of light, which most patients compare to a snap. A topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment, helping to provide extra comfort.
Afterward, skin may look slightly pink or sun-kissed, and pigmented spots may darken before gradually lifting away. Most people go right back to their day.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
While you may see improvement after one session, patients benefit most from a series of continued treatments for optimal even, radiant results. This works to build up your skin’s collagen over time, cancel out any damage, and maintain brighter skin long-term.
What Areas of the Body Can I Treat?
Although the face, neck, and chest are often the most commonly treated areas, we are able to treat all areas of the body. Our next most commonly treated areas include the hands, arms, legs, abdomen, and the shoulders or back. If you’ve got redness or sun spots, our IPL technology can target them!
Why We’re So Excited
IPL has always been a clinic favorite for its ability to dramatically brighten and even the complexion. Now that it’s back on our schedule, we’re thrilled to help our patients reclaim that fresh, luminous, “no-makeup” glow with one of our most effective technologies–and just in time to prepare for summer.
